I love using these silicone molds for making dog treats. They are easy to use and turn out cute every time!  They are also a nice size for treats. Find the molds I used here! You could also make this recipe in little cups, ice cube trays or any type of silicone mold.

To make these treats, you only need canned pumpkin and plain greek yogurt. Be sure to used pure canned pumpkin puree and not pie filling. You can easily modify the size of this recipe by doubling or halving it for the amount you need for your molds.

Making these treats is super simple. Just add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Then spoon into silicone molds and freeze for at least four hours or overnight. Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and store in the freezer in freezer safe bags or containers.

Pro tip: Place your silicone molds on a cookie sheet before filling them to make transporting and storing them in the freezer easier. When filling your molds, don’t worry if they don’t look perfect, your dog won’t mind! I have found that using a rubber spatula to wipe the excess batter off the mat works the best.

These treats can get a little messy if your dog is a slow eater, so I choose to feed them to the dogs outside! Like any treat, be sure to feed them in moderation!
