- Add 1 cup of peeled and chopped carrots (or baby carrots) to blender.
- Add 1/2 cup bone broth to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spoon into silicone molds.
- Freeze overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
- Store remainder in freezer safe tupperware or bags.
