Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Silicone Molds

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon into silicone molds.
  3. Freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove from molds and store in freezer safe bag or container.
